The outboard motors is a propulsion device used to show the marine driving force for the boat to ensure that the boat meets the various index value requirements for marine applications. However, the manufacturers of outboard motors say that after application, the following inspections should be done at multiple levels:
1. If driving in salt water, clean all the salt and use cold water to clean the exhaust pipe on the propeller and gearbox.
2. Use QUICKSILVER engine super-powerful cleaning fluid to eliminate engine fouling; carry out lubrication on all lubricating points, such as operating in salt water, increase the lubricating frequency.

3. Check and clean the ignition coil; check whether there is waste residue (carburetor type) in the gasoline and diesel filter device of the engine.
4. Disassemble and replace the water, gasoline and diesel filter device (EFI type); check the battery; adjust the carburetor (if necessary).
5. Check and maintain the loss of anodic oxidation, such as operating in salt water, increase the frequency of inspection; check the driving force trim cutting fluid.
6. Drain the lubricating fluid that is available in the gearbox and use new lubricating fluid; lubricate the spline shaft of the rotating shaft; check the tightness of the anchor bolts, nuts and other standard parts.
7. Dismantle and replace the water pump (if overheating or insufficient pressure occurs, dismantle and replace early).
8. When driving in salt water or wastewater, clean the refrigeration system of the outboard motor; check the engine timing setting; check the control cable adjustment status.
